This is a payment plan of 2 payments. The first payment is due in order to begin production on your ring. The second payment is due before your completed ring ships. Olive and Oakley will hold a ring for no longer than 6 weeks upon notification to the customer that production of their item has been completed. After 6 weeks, the ring becomes the property of Olive and Oakley.

Rings and Loose Stones
Rings that are made to order ship in 4-5 weeks. Please allow up to 8 weeks during peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years & Valentine's Day)
Ready to Ship rings ship within 1 week. If the ring needs to be sized before shipping, please allow 1-3 weeks before your ring ships.
Loose Diamonds and Loose Moissanite ship within 1-2 weeks.
Candles
Candles that are in stock ship within 1-3 business days. If you decide to place a custom order or an order when we are out of stock, please allow 1-3 weeks to fulfill your purchase. Our candles are hand poured by us and take time to make and ensure that your candle(s) are completed up to our standards.
Gold Filled Jewelry
In stock gold filled jewelry ships within 1-3 business days. If you decide to place a custom order or an order on items that are out of stock, please allow 1-3 weeks to fulfill your purchase.
